Twilio Joins with Ribbon to Expand Global SIP Trunking Solutions for Microsoft Teams

The Direct Routing feature in Microsoft Teams has become the preferred method of connecting users to the PSTN, with media reports indicating upwards of 80% of organizations choosing this option over Calling Plans.
